Ed Rivis can always be relied upon to deliver great content in whatever he produces, and this is no exception. There is lots of information out there on email marketing, but this is the first time I've read something that takes me through step by step and allowed me to make the decisions I need to build my email marketing strategy. I could then pin all the other information that I've picked up over the years onto Ed's information. I don't think this book is for advanced users of email marketing, but if you're a beginner or someone like me who was doing it already but in a not very strategic way, then Ed's book takes you step by step through everything you need to know to get going. If you're serious about getting email marketing working for you, then I'd highly recommend this book.
